Main tasks for the Pilot Project:

Before Pilot:

• Questionnaire Survey (face to face paper based) 
• Data input in Kobo toolbox and transfer the hardcopies and other files to DRSP

During Pilot: 

• Setting up creatives Banner, and signboard, checking if the items are placed in the correct order, and pack
• Miking and raising awareness for the drivers/ bus users to follow the rules 
• Instruct the drivers/helpers/lineman/bus users to follow the rules
• Leaflet distribution
• Questionnaire Survey (face to face paper based) 
• Data input in Kobo toolbox and transfer the hardcopies and other files to DRSP
• Data count (watching video data on an office desk) and input 
• Carry and move DRSP items from the AC traffic office to DMP and vice versa 

After the Pilot 

• Data count (watching video data on an office desk) and input 
• Removal of the banners and signboards
